Dunham had been a high flyer after going 11-0 in his career, but now looks at possible dismissal from the UFC with two straight losses on his record. His last fight was in January, a first round TKO loss to Melvin Guillard in the main event of the Fight for the Troops 2 event in Texas. The other loss, a controversial decision, was by split decision to Sean Sherk last September at UFC 119. Despite the defeat ‘3-D’ was awarded with the “Fight of the Night” bonus. His last win was over Tyson Griffin last June, a split decision victory.
Bailey drops down to lightweight for this fight after competing as a welterweight on “The Ultimate Fighter” season 13. He made his UFC debut last month, earning a unanimous decision win over fellow housemate Ryan McGillivray on the “TUF 13 Finale” card. Bailey was eliminated in the quarter finals of the reality series by Chris Cope and competed as a member of Team dos Santos. Previous to his UFC debut, Bailey had lost two straight fights, one to Kurt Kinser at a local Indianapolis event, and the other to Justin Wilcox at a Strikeforce Challengers 7 event.
