Randy Couture Lawyer Says Fighter Not Retiring

After yesterday’s Twitter message from UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture, which many took as a message that the former UFC champion was retiring. Couture’s lawyer Sam Spira has come out on Wednesday to clear up the mystery, the 47 year old fighter is not retiring and is still in talks with the UFC concerning his future in the promotion.
Couture Tweeted this message on Tuesday: “Thanks to everybody who’s been tweeting about seeing my fights. I must have missed the memo I think I’m at the end of it Yall. It’s time.”
Spira talked to MMAFighting.com to clear up the the situation noting that “It’s not an official announcement.”
Couture is currently filming “Setup” with actors Bruce Willis and 50 Cent, he’ll also start filming the sequel to the “Expendables” in March.
