Wanderlei Silva via Twitter, following Axe Murderer's claim that he "killed"
Chael Sonnen during sparring at the
Xtreme Couture Gym. Sonnen released no less than 7 tweets, blasting the PRIDE and UFC legend from different angles. The two were rumored to be announced as coaches for the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter, which was recently denied by the UFC President Dana White, according to various media sources.
Chael Sonnen is currently on a 6-months suspension following a failed PED test after a bout against
Anderson Silva at
UFC 117. Before "Sonnengate", the Oregonian was promised a rematch against
Anderson Silva at
UFC 126, but instead, The Spider will put his belt on the line against Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort.
