Earlier today Spike TV has officially announced the launch of an all new online experience by giving more of an in-depth behind the scenes look on this current season of The Ultimate Fighter which will be called “The Aftermath” which will be hosted by season 7 winner Amir Sadollah who did the segment of last season’s TUF called “Inside The Octagon”.
The online webisodes will have the fans getting an opportunity to ask questions to the contestants and the coaches all season and will premiere today September, 22.
“The Ultimate Fighter: The Aftermath” will allow fans, for the first time in the show’s history, to pose their questions about “The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights” directly to the fighters involved. UFC® president Dana White will be on hand for the premiere episode, and, over the course of the season, coaches Rashad Evans and Rampage Jackson, as well as the show’s entire cast, including Kimbo Slice, Wes Sims, Marcus Jones, and Roy Nelson, will stop by to take part in “The Aftermath.”said Brian J. Diamond, SVP, sports and specials, Spike TV.
The Ultimate Fighter is one of the most important reality series to help bring the sport of Mixed Martial Arts to the mainstream in the US and this is just another reason as to why the sport is one of the fastest rising spectacles in the world today.
The Ultimate Fighter: “The Aftermath” will air on Spike.com every Monday and will run all the way through to the finale on December 5.
