There was one exception, an official opponent for former DREAM and Strikeforce lightweight challenger Tatsuya Kawajiri. The promotion stated that an opponent would be named later this week.
The War of the Lions event, which has already sold out according the promotion, is set to take place on March 31, 2012 at the Singapore Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. The event features an eleven bout card and is headlined by a lightweight bout between Felipe Enomoto versus Zorobabel Moreira.
The event will air live via streaming pay-per-view on the ONE FC website, and will air via delayed broadcast on ESPN StarSports.
Former Strikeforce champ, and UFC vet, Renato ‘Babalu’ Sobral had been originally scheduled to appear on the card but a scheduling conflict with the “TUF Brazil” reality series pushed his ONE FC debut to a later event. Sobral is helping Wanderlei Silva coach on the first international series of the reality show.
