Anderson "The Spider" Silva vs. Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort - The perfect fight for Super Bowl weekend. If nothing else, in a very small way, this brings the Chute Boxe vs. Brazilian Top Team rivalry back into the spotlight. The undisputed king of 185'ers vs. a fighter slimming down to this weight for the first time. As great as Belfort is, I don't think his hand speed will be able to keep him going for the entire fight. Silva by TKO in the 3rd.
Forrest Griffin vs. Rich "Ace" Franklin - For all the talent that Franklin possesses, he's always been kind of stuck between middleweight and light heavyweight. Forrest should be able to control the fight with his size en route to a UD.
Jon "Bones" Jones vs. Ryan "Darth" Bader - It should be a great fight, but I think Jones will come away with the win via TKO in the 3rd.
Jake Ellenberger vs. Carlos Eduardo Rocha - Ellenberger has been impressive during his run in the UFC, even in his razor-thin split decision loss to Condit. Rocha's record looks impressive, but he hasn't fought top-flight competition yet. Ellenberger by TKO in the 2nd.
Miguel Angel Torres vs. Antonio Banuelos - The Mullet vs. The Mustache. This is my pick for fight of the night. I think Torres' game is just a bit further along than Banuelos. Torres by sub in the 3rd.
Donald "The Cowboy" Cerrone vs. Paul "Tellys" Kelly - The Cowboy looks to bring his brand of action into the UFC. With the depth of talent in the lightweight division, neither fighter can afford a loss. Cerrone by sub in the 2nd.
Chad "Money" Mendes vs. Michihiro Omigawa - Mendes is an effective fighter, maybe not the most entertaining but he gets the job done. Mendes will break his streak of decisions. Mendes by KO in the 1st.
Paul "Relentless" Taylor vs. Gabe "Godzilla" Ruediger - Both guys need a win in a bad way. I'll go with Godzilla bouncing back from his first outing and scoring a close UD.
Norifumi "Kid" Yamamoto vs. Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson - Next to the main event, this fight poses the biggest question for die-hard MMA fans. Can Kid get back to his old form? As much as I want to see Kid do well, I can't see him beating Johnson. Johnson by UD.
Kyle Kingsbury vs. Ricardo Romero - I'm looking for Romero to make a big splash here with a 2nd round TKO.
Mike Pierce vs. Kenny Robertson - The welterweight division needs some fresh product. Pierce is trying to make his way up the food chain where Robertson is making his UFC debut. You never know what you might get with guys making their debut, but with Pierce having trouble making weight. Robertson by submission in the 3rd.
