Last month, UFC lightweight Clay Guida released his new MMA strength and conditioning DVD entitled, "Five Rounds."
The workout, which is available for purchase at www.MMAStop.com, shows some of the exercise techniques that Guida does to stay in shape, and will also help viewers improve their cardiovascular endurance.
Guida (25-10 MMA, 5-4 UFC) began fighting for the UFC at the end of 2006. He quickly became a fan favorite with his due his wrestling skills and his never-say-die attitude. He has had notable wins over Marcus Aurelio, Samy Schiavo, Mac Danzig and Nate Diaz.
Guida's most recent loss came by Diego Sanchez at The Ultimate Fighter 9 Finale in June 2009. The fight, which he lost via split decision, won Fight of the Night honors, and was offered up fans to be a Fight of the Year contender. Guida's next fight will be a much-anticipated match up against Kenny Florian at UFC 107 on Dec. 12, 2009.
